These terms are the agreement between you and Backstreet Ventures Private Limited for the use of balanceOS. Using the app means you accept them.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into this agreement. One account is for one person; do not share your sign-in with anyone else.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your PIN to yourself.
balanceOS records habits, challenges, expenses and the value of what you hold, because you entered those things or connected a service that supplies them. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not financial, medical or fitness advice, and nothing in it should be treated as any of those.
Figures shown in the app are only as accurate as what you put in. Always check anything that matters — a tax figure, a health decision — against the source.
Challenges are private. What you post to one is visible to the other members of that challenge, and to nobody else. You keep ownership of everything you post; you give us permission to store and display it only so the app can work.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that impersonates someone else, and do not post anyone else's photograph without their agreement.
Report anything of the sort to bhavitgupta743@gmail.com, with the challenge name and roughly when it was posted. We remove reported content and suspend the account behind it within 24 hours of a report, and we may do so without warning.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

We are not responsible for those services, and a change on their side may change what balanceOS can show.
What balanceOS stores, and how to get rid of it, is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.
balanceOS is free to use today. If that changes, you will be told before it affects you, and no charge will be made without your agreement.
balanceOS is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data supplied by a connected service will be accurate.
To the extent the law allows, Backstreet Ventures Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for any decision taken on the basis of a figure shown in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Where you obtained balanceOS from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms, and prevails where the two conflict. This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple: Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to support it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You may stop using balanceOS at any time, and delete your account from inside the app. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or withdraw the service entirely, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.
If these terms change materially, the date at the top will change and the app will say so. Continuing to use balanceOS after a change means the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
